COUSCOUS crafts hearty, vegan bowls of goodness, inspired by Mediterranean cuisines.

Freshly made couscous, topped with one of our rich signature soups, and our unique, highly-addictive veggie balls. 

 
 

My grandmother, who grew up and spent her early years in Tangier, Morocco,

used to cook this beautiful, comforting dish on Friday nights.

After spending hours in the kitchen - insisting everything must

be handmade - she would serve it to the dinner table, announcing:

"couscous, tangier-style!" with a tone of longing. 

The more I explored the street food scene in NYC with MATZAHBREI,

the clearer it was to me that it would greatly enjoy COUSCOUS;

A highly authentic, naturally vegan dish, organically

transformed into contemporary street food that is both

heart-warming and desirable.
